Join Milkweed Editions for the launch of Karen Babine’s new essay collection, All the Wild Hungers! Held in the Lynhall’s kitchen studio, the Linney, the evening pays homage to the celebration of food, family, and community found in the pages of Karen’s book. A reception kicks it off with light bites and a cash bar, and during the program, Karen will read selections from her book and engage in a conversation with celebrated Minneapolis author and chef Beth Dooley. Book signing to follow.

Karen Babine is two-time Minnesota Book Award-winning author of All the Wild Hungers: A Season of Cooking and Cancer.
Beth Dooley
Beth Dooley is the author of In Winter’s Kitchen: Growing Roots and Breaking Bread in the Northern Heartland, a Minnesota Book Award finalist. She has also written six cookbooks, including, with Lucia Watson, Savoring the Seasons of the Northern Heartland (a James Beard Nominee).
