Sara Eliza Johnson
Sara Eliza Johnson is the author of Bone Map, a 2013 National Poetry Series Winner. Her work has appeared in or is forthcoming in the Boston Review, New England Review, Ninth Letter, and Best New Poets, and has been featured by Poetry Daily, Verse Daily, and the Academy of American Poets. A recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship, she has received numerous honors, including a Rona Jaffe Award, and was a finalist for the Stadler Fellowship and Ruth Lilly Poetry Fellowship. Johnson received her MFA from the University of Oregon and was a Vice Presidential Fellow in creative writing at the University of Utah, where she is currently Managing Editor of Quarterly West. She teaches online courses in poetry through 24 Pearl Street, the online writing program of the Provincetown Fine Arts Work Center.
