As we begin to approach the holiday season, we have cooked up a delicious event for the latest in our “ArtPlusOne” Series. We are honored to collaborate with Milkweed Editions who present author and chef, BETH DOOLEY, as she offers tastings from her recent book In Winter’s Kitchen. Alongside these delicious morsels from the Midwest, ceramic serving dishes from artist CHUCK SOLBERG will be used, as well as a visual feast of paintings from our stable of talented artists will provide a seasonal backdrop to the author and her food.

Beth Dooley is the author of In Winter’s Kitchen: Growing Roots and Breaking Bread in the Northern Heartland, a Minnesota Book Award finalist. She has also written six cookbooks, including, with Lucia Watson, Savoring the Seasons of the Northern Heartland (a James Beard Nominee).
