Two Years of Milkweed Books!

Join us in the bookstore as we celebrate ✨?TWO YEARS?✨ of Milkweed Books! This year’s festivities will include:

• The launch of our poetry gumball machine, furnished by the Minnesota Prison Writing Workshop
• Limited-time-only book bundles, featuring specially selected titles chosen by authors Hanif Abdurraqib, Peter Geye, Bao Phi, and Amy Thielen
• Book bundles from each of our booksellers, featuring our favorite staff picks
• Free coffee and sweet treats to fuel your book browsing
• A community display on our gallery wall: come prepared with your answer to “What do bookstores mean to you?” and to pin it up on our wall!

And this year, not only will your purchase support an independent bookstore and nonprofit arts organization––10% of our sales will also be donated to the MPWW to support the crucial work they do to expand the reach of the Twin Cities literary community and the transformative power of arts education.
