Elizabeth Grey is a writer, retreat facilitator, and end-of-life doula. She grew up on Wisconsin’s Lake Michigan shores and spent much of her adult life moving around the country’s northern latitudes. Her interest in birds was sparked by a red-shafted northern flicker who hung around the feeder outside her dining room window. She lives in Portland, Oregon, with her retired sled dog, Tommy, and Migration is her first book.
