Join Milkweed Editions and The Asian American Writers’ Workshop to celebrate the publication day of World of Wonders with author Aimee Nezhukumatathil and special guests Patrick Rosal, Joseph Legaspi, Sarah Gambito, Oliver de la Paz, and Jon Pineda. This event will be presented virtually at 7:00pm CT.
The evening will be co-hosted by Daniel Slager, Publisher and CEO of Milkweed Editions, and Jafreen Uddin, Executive Director of the Asian American Writers’ Workshop. Authors Patrick Rosal, Joseph Legaspi, Sarah Gambito, Oliver de la Paz, and Jon Pineda will participate in a Q&A with Aimee about World of Wonders and its journey to publication.

Aimee Nezhukumatathil
Aimee Nezhukumatathil is the author of World of Wonders, an illustrated essay collection, as well as of four books of poetry, including, most recently, Oceanic, winner of the Mississippi Institute of Arts and Letters Award. She serves as poetry faculty for the Writing Workshops in Greece and is professor of English and Creative Writing in the University of Mississippi’s MFA program.
